Our hi-tech printer and heat press means we can produce full colour, hi-resolution, photographic quality images onto fabric. This unique printing technique is unlike traditional printing methods that lay ink on top of a surface. Dye sublimation infuses the ink directly into the fabrics and creates seamless and durable images that offer superior colour accuracy that are both vibrant and long-lasting.
We can create highly personalised jacket trims and linings for our made-to-order garments, allowing a truly unique finish. MADE TO ORDER
Made to order garments are our speciality and where the dye sublimation process comes into its own. This custom-made gilet has been constructed from the printed fabric panels allowing striking sweeps of colour to seamlessly parade across the front of the garment. A printed repeat pattern to the lining complements the embroidered company logo which adds sheen and texture to what is a truly unique garment.
Dye sublimation can produce a full spectrum of colours which can sometimes be tricky using other printing techniques. We’re able to create continuous tones and gradients with smooth transitions and bring you custom designs to promote your business. Our made-to-order snoods are a great example of how we can produce a single item in an array of different colours using your company logo.
